Please make sure you take your baggage tag when you give your baggage and show your baggage tag when you get your baggage.

Please make sure that your seat number is recorded correctly on the boarding card.

You need to take a baggage tag for each piece of baggage. Our guests are responsible for the baggage without baggage tags.

Our guests are responsible for valuable items (electronic devices, jewellery, etc.) and any damaged items whose value has not been declared.

When undeclared baggage is lost, our company’s responsibility is limited to the price of one ticket.

Checked baggage for each seat cannot exceed 30 kg. Anything over 30 kg is subject to an additional fee.

It is forbidden to carry dangerous materials, including flammable or explosive substances. Liquid, radioactive and flammable chemicals are also prohibited.

Cats, dogs and birds with vaccination cards—except dangerous animals—may be carried on the owner’s lap, provided that they are kept in locked cages.

Our guests are responsible for any illegal materials found during baggage inspections.

If baggage does not comply with the baggage rules, tickets cannot be refunded.

The baggage allowance for guests with bicycles is 20 kg. Bicycle capacity is limited to one or two bicycles, depending on the size of the bus’s baggage compartment.

If there is no availability on the bus, our guests may look for a seat on the next trip to travel with their bicycles.
