The person who purchases the passenger transportation ticket.

3. PRODUCT AND SERVICE INFORMATION SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT

The service subject to this agreement is a bus passenger transportation ticket, and the ticket includes the sale price, payment method, boarding point, destination, travel date, departure time, seat number based on the information at the moment the order is finalized, and is also sent to the Consumer's email address.

4. VALIDITY PERIOD

All information and commitments presented to the Consumer regarding the product or service in this form are valid until the service is performed, and it is hereby notified that after the service, the Seller is not bound by the information and commitments provided in this form.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the passenger transportation ticket subject to the contract up to 24 (twenty-four) hours before the departure time specified during the order process and in the email sent to the Consumer. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Seller must be notified in person, by email or by phone within this period. If this right is exercised, the ticket price will be refunded to the Consumer within the following 30 days. If a printed passenger transportation ticket has been obtained by the Consumer from any branch of the Seller, the Consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal for this ticket only by applying in person to the Seller’s branch with ID and credit card.

If less than 24 (twenty-four) hours remain until the departure time of the vehicle, the ticket price will not be refunded. The ticket may be postponed until 12 (twelve) hours before the departure time, in which case an open ticket will be issued to the Consumer by the Seller, and the Consumer may use this ticket within 6 (six) months to travel on a suitable trip on the same route. If less than 12 (twelve) hours remain until the departure time, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, no open ticket will be issued, and the purchased ticket will be considered invalid.

6. VALIDITY

After this preliminary information form is read and accepted electronically by the Consumer, the stage of establishing the consumer contract will be proceeded to.

7. COMPETENT COURT

The Consumer may submit complaints and objections to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court located where the goods or services were purchased or where the Consumer resides, within the monetary limits determined annually in December by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
